Note: I’d like to keep offering these Yoga Nidra sessions for free so that anyone can attend, regardless of income. Some people have encouraged me to charge a fee, or set up a sliding scale fee to recognize my time and costs, and perhaps that will happen in the future. For now, I’d be happy to receive donations, and will be considering an organization or charity to give a percentage to. So if you would like to offer a donation of any amount, please let me know. Discover how Yoga Nidra practice can help calm the anxiety and stress in your life, manage chronic pain, energize and nourish you, and relax your nervous system, allowing rest and recovery plus improving sleep and reducing insomnia. Easy and accessible, there’s no wrong way to do it! You just lie down, close your eyes, and listen to my voice as I calmly guide you on a relaxing journey. There will be a few minutes for questions or sharing before and after class…however, if you prefer to drift off or remain quiet afterwards, please feel free to do so. Your body will guide you to what you need.

To reach goals with less effort and more success, you have to communicate to your inner mind in the language it understands best ~ imagery! In this workshop, you will focus on a dream or goal you have for yourself, a vision for your future. It could be about changing careers, finding the relationship of your dreams, perhaps starting your own successful business, or planning for retirement. You choose…
We’ll begin with some questions to get you thinking and to inspire and motivate you. Then, using magazine clippings and words that appeal to you, you’ll create a personal vision poster. We’ll reflect on the results and end with a guided group meditation to further the process of manifesting your heart’s desire. You’ll leave refreshed and ready to start your Fall off right!
Please bring with you a notebook and pen, as well as some photographs and magazines you enjoy for clipping images and words for your vision board. You can also bring some clippings with you to make sure you have what you want for your vision board. (Craft supplies including more magazines, poster board, glue, scissors, glitter, colored markers, etc. will be provided by instructor.)

After years of frustration, trial and error, and research on my own personal journey, my vision is to inspire and support you to keep going on yours… I believe it’s possible to manage your gut once and for all and be in control of your life!
